I have seen the World Cup, and it is shiny.

Yup, that's right - the actual World Cup. It's kind of a big deal right now - the Spanish national team will be playing in Salamanca, in their first match since their massive victory over the summer. Tomorrow will be madness.

But I can't elaborate more because I have a UNICEF meeting to go to. I'm hoping to do some volunteer work with them, and I think it sounds really exciting!

So, I guess this is just a short bragging-rights post. Salamanca's so special...
